100 Things About Me
I saw a list of 100 things about someone on their blog… liked the concept… so i’m putting mine here -
1) I am more sarcastic than I like.
2) I hate keeping in touch.
3) I am cocky at times.
4) I hate excuses.
5) I spend more than 75 percent of my salary on my house.
6) I stopped having any sort of expectations from anyone some time back, before that I used to believe that if you be good to people, they’d be good to you.
I am fidgety. I hate sitting in one place for more than half an hour.
9) I used to be extremely kind. It has changed now. Now I’m only kind.
10) I am a workaholic.
11) I think I write well.
12) I know only write well when I’m depressed.
13) I can’t eat alone. If I’m alone, I skip all my meals.
14) I never worry about my weight.
15) I didn’t like to be alone earlier, but off late I have started to find a wonderful joy in it.
16) I regret not having more girlfriends.
17) All my relationhsips have driven me away from people.
18) I am a social worker who is a misanthrope.
19) I am very impatient. I don’t like to wait for any results.
20) I am extremely good at hiding my feelings.
21) I dont usually hide my feelings.
22) I hate getting or giving unsolicited advice.
23) I find it very funny when people think they know me.
24) I don’t take rejection well.
25) I can’t rest until I get a job at hand finished. It haunts me even in my sleep.
26) I used to be extremely easygoing once.
27) I hate confrontations. I try my best to avoid them.
28) I don’t suck up. I can’t. I don’t know how to.
29) When I’m hurt, I’m extremely rude.
30) I like kids, but I’m not sure if I’d like to have them… But I’ve once already had an urge to have them.
31) I am not confused usually.
32) I cry buckets when I watch an emotional movie.
33) Other than that, I cry only when I’m drunk.
34) I am a die hard romantic.
35) I am a perfectionist in spasms.
36) I can’t flirt with guys I’m genuinely interested in.
37) When I’ve turned on the charm… it’s worked on 99.9% occasions.
38) My first smoke was given to me by my brother.
39) I love my family very much, even though most often I don’t like to reveal it.
40) I absolutely adore bright colours.
41) If I had it my way, the only fabrics in the world would be egyption cotton or satin! (I love the way they feel)
42) I can’t remember phone numbers.
43) I can’t remember most of the things in the world.
44) I love jutebags.
45) I swear profusely.
46) My feet are extremely sensitive. I get terrible shoebites and then it’s painful to walk.
47) I can will myself to have temperature.
48) I am allergic to wool.
49) I love men who don’t speak much.
50) I can’t resist men with long hair.
51) If my parents weren’t so touchy about body peircings, I would have kept my nose ring and peirced my eyebrows too.
52) I think Kurt Cobain was God.
53) I hate being stood up. I am unforgiving in such a circumstance.
54) I hate being cancelled upon.
55) I can’t sleep till late.
56) I am an awesome cook.
57) I am in awe of my boss. He is not haughty, or an asshole or a pig. He is just a genius.
58) I hate sharukh khan.
59) And Karan Johar.
60) I have a newfound love for Peach Schnapps.
61) I love movies. Any kinds.
62) I found Atlas Shrugged boring the first time I read it.
63) I am a foodie.
64) I learnt to walk when I was 9 months old. Since then my mom’s life has become a nightmare.
65) I believe in Astrology.
66) I claim to be an aetheist, but sometimes when I’m very sad, I ask god for strength.
67) I love non veg food, though I hate cooking it.
68) I don’t get addicted to anything. I’ve given up alcohol and quit smoking a lot of times, just for the heck of it.
69) I hate the fact that my mother knows me better than anyone else.
70) I am ruthless to people who judge me.
71) I always used to think I was scared of heights, but recently I realized, I am not.
72) I prefer hills to beaches.
73) I let people who I love hurt me in all possible manners.
74) I used to let the same people use me over and over again. But I guess I’ve grown up.
75) People who can’t articulate well lose my interest very soon.
76) If I like a guy, I don’t hesitate in making the first move.
77) In high school I was a loser.
78) In College (grad and post grad) I was the most popular girl in town.
79) I don’t like Resse Witherspoon. I don’t know why.
80) I can’t drive for too long because my knee starts hurting.
81) I have never thought about my old age.
82) I want to have a dog who I can name Pebble.
83) If I have kids, I’d either spoil them rotten (so they would hate me for spoiling them) or be so strict that they hate me for being alive. Either way, my kids would hate me.
84) The above thought distresses me.
85) I love the smell of vanilla and sulphonized rubber. I can’t resist taking a bite of either.
86) I hate being clicked.
87) I love to scandalize people by telling them weird things (usually true) about me.
88) I always lie to strangers about myself.
89) When I’m grateful, I go overboard.
90) I hate being as much as thought thankless.
91) I hate expensive gifts.
92) I hate it when some one says it, but I am very high maintenance.
93) I can never tire watching friends.
94) I had the biggest crush on my best friend (male) and I cried when he got married.
95) I love mirrors.
96) And bells.
97) I hate being late. Anywhere. I can’t stand the thought of making someone wait for me.
98) I have a habit of saying thank you to everyone who does anything for me. I even thank the waiters at a restraunt or the vendors on street when they hand me my change.
99) I have the ability to strike a conversation with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
100) I couldn’t wait to finish with this list too! I really am impatient.
