The day turns to night as your wails turn into whimpers… The place you called home is there. Only, it’s rubble. It all fell down. On you. And you wait to be salvaged. Or maybe you don’t want to be salvaged. Otherwise you would have tried on your own.
You kiss your past goodbye. All of it. Twenty odd years, turned to ashes. Pack your bags… with nothing but a long sad sigh. And move on.
