The Men in My Life
A friend challenged me to make a list of the kind of men I like, because he was very confused. So here it goes, for your benefit Varun. Hope you see what you want.
I Like a guy who
1) Is resourceful.
2) Acts grown up when I act childish.
3) Assumes control of a problem situation.
4) Doesn’t compare me with other women, realizing that I am me, different in my own ways.
5) Knows when to be serious.
6) Can handle my sharp mood swings.
7) Loves his family.
Respects elders.
9) Is creative.
10) Respects my work
I dislike a guy who
1) Is childish all the time.
2) Whines and complains.
3) Always looks up at me for support, without trying to be strong for himself
4) Discusses family issues in public
5) Has no ambition
6) Has little self respect
7) Is a spendthrift
Pretends to be someone he is not
9) Is overly critical of people in general
10) Takes more time than my sister to get ready.

ive lost count of the number of women who SAY they want a guy who has the characteristics of your ‘LIKE’ guy, but end up ignoring these guys to end up with a ‘DISLIKE’ guy. i dont know what sort of strange screwed up psychological disorder this is, but it definitely exists. or else there wouldnt be so many women whining about their fuckwit boyfriends, and the euphimism ‘nice guys finish last’ wouldn’t exist.
